We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional
and efficient manner
-Make outbound calls for follow-ups, scheduling, and customer support
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries

Requirements:
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
-Previous call center experience preferred
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work remotely for a U.S.-based company
-Full-time availability, including weekends.
