Senior Recruiter (U.S. Market) | Onsite\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for U.S.-based companies across Technology, Legal, Professional Services, and other specialized industries. This role requires someone who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates.\nKey Responsibilities
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple open positions.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.\nConduct candidate screenings and interviews.\nPresent qualified candidates with detailed evaluations.\nCoordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines.\nPartner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
· Qualifications
· 3+ years of recruitment experience supporting the U.S. market (5+ preferred).\nProven full-cycle recruiting experience.\nStrong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills.\nExperience recruiting professional, technical, legal, or specialized roles.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExperience with ATS platforms and Google Workspace.
