We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a well-established fragrance company.
· Key Responsibilities:\nAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for innovation.\nPrepare and present market insights, reports, and analyses to support commercial and strategic decision-making.\nProvide support to the Sales team by developing presentations, concepts, and value propositions for clients.\nCoordinate and participate in new product development and launch projects, working cross-functionally with the Commercial, Product Development, Production, and Quality teams.\nManage and update marketing tools, reports, and business KPIs, monitoring product categories, customers, and strategic projects.
· Requirements:\nBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of visual communication and design principles for creating presentations and marketing materials.\nExperience with graphic design and content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).\nProject management and follow-up experience.
· The Company Offers:\nDirect hiring with immediate start.\nOSDE 210 private health insurance plan.\nLunch provided.\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.\nOn-site work arrangement.\nWorkplace: Capital Federal and Northern Greater Buenos Aires (Zona Norte), Argentina.
