CIG Law (California Injury Group, A.P.C.), firma de lesiones personales en Beverly Hills, California, EE.UU., busca abogados(as) o paralegals con redaccion excepcional en ingles para trabajo 100% remoto de apoyo en litigio, bajo supervision directa del abogado titular. No se ejerce derecho estadounidense ni se firma ante tribunales: es redaccion, investigacion y preparacion de expedientes. Contratacion DIRECTA, sin agencia, sin intermediarios. Pago quincenal en dolares (USD $1,500 a $1,900 al mes segun experiencia) via Wise o Payoneer. Nuestro abogado fundador fue litigante de defensa de aseguradoras: cada expediente se construye como si fuera a juicio — tu redaccion es la municion.

THE WORK (always under direct attorney supervision; this role never gives legal advice or signs filings):
- Drafting demand letters that tell the client\'s story and tie every dollar to a record
- Drafting discovery responses and propounded sets for attorney review
- Deposition summaries, litigation medical chronologies, and trial-binder assembly
- Legal research memos on California personal injury issues
- Maintaining litigation calendars and deadline charts

REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree (any jurisdiction) OR paralegal certificate + 2 years of US litigation support
- Exceptional written English at C2 level (there is a paid, graded writing trial - yes, we pay for your trial time)
- Prior exposure to US civil litigation documents (we will train California specifics)
- Precision, intellectual honesty, and the ability to take edits without ego
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time hours
- Reliable home office: fast internet + quiet space

OFFER: USD $1,500-$1,900/month (depending on experience) + 13th-month bonus + 12 days PTO + Argentine holidays + key US holidays + monthly health stipend + annual raise review. Long-term direct contract; growth into a litigation-team lead role as the firm scales.
