We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive impactful business outcomes through collaboration, analysis, and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate collaborative workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to define, scope, and document business requirements.\nAnalyze business and system workflows using systems thinking to identify interdependencies and optimize processes.\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements and specifications.\nWork closely with cross-functional Agile teams to support product development and delivery.\nStay informed about current technology trends and articulate their business value.\nUtilize industry-standard modeling techniques and efficiency tools to improve processes and solutions.\nCommunicate ideas, recommendations, and solutions effectively across all organizational levels.\nMandatory Requirements\n -3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology environment.\n-Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.\n-Advanced experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements.\n-Advanced experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of:\nSoftware engineering methodologies\nReporting tools\nBusiness process modeling\nTesting methodologies\n-Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN).\n-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n-Knowledge of industry-standard modeling techniques and productivity tools.\nNice to Have\n-Certifications such as:\nPSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)\nCSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)\nCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)\nPMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)\nWhat Were Looking For\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nPassion for continuous improvement and process optimization.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to influence decision-making through data and insights.\nJoin with us!.
