Job Responsibilities

Key Responsabilities

  • Enter and update pricing changes in the pricing/budget tool for pre-award opportunities, standalone services, and change orders.

  • Support pricing requests by ensuring information is accurately reflected in the system according to approved inputs and guidance.

  • Review pricing change requests for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before making updates.

  • Coordinate with pricing, finance, business development, operations, and proposal teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of pricing updates, assumptions, approvals, and supporting documentation.

  • Assist with quality control checks to ensure pricing updates align with approved scope, assumptions, and business rules.

  • Support the preparation and revision of budgets, pricing scenarios, and change order pricing as needed.

  • Follow established pricing processes, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.

  • Help identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, or opportunities to improve pricing tool accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide timely status updates on assigned pricing changes and escalate issues when appropriate .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, life sciences, or a related field preferred.

  • English advanced.

  • 0–2 years of experience in pricing, finance, contracts, proposals, project coordination, or a related business support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with numbers, budgets, and structured data.

  • Ability to learn and navigate pricing, budgeting, CRM, or enterprise systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research , pharmaceutical, healthcare, CRO, or professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with pricing, budgeting, proposals, contracts, or change order processes.

  • Experience using pricing tools, budgeting systems, CRM platforms, or workflow management systems.

  • Basic understanding of project scope, assumptions, service lines, and budget drivers.
