For our inhouse Legal department, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (FIX_TERM CONTRACT 12 MONTHS) to join our dynamic Legal Department. The successful candidate will support the Group Compliance Manager and contribute to the development and maintenance of robust compliance programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, finalize, and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and conduct ethics and compliance training programs across the organization.
  • Identify compliance gaps and implement process improvements to enhance adherence and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of the Italian 231 model by our Italian subsidiaries.
  • Develop and manage compliance programs focusing on Anti-Corruption measures, AML and Antitrust.
  • Conduct thorough screening of third-party entities to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and update the Whistleblowing policy, ensuring a transparent and secure reporting mechanism

Requirments:

  • A bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in compliance or related areas are a plus.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks, including Anti-Corruption, Privacy, AML and Antitrust.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct training programs and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Our Offer:

  • The position offers a Gross Annual Pay starting from € 28,000. The Italian CBA applied is Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) and the related category for the role is Impiegatizio. The compensation package includes: meal vouchers, corporate welfare. The final offer and the CBA level may vary on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the skills and seniority of the candidate.
