Manual Tester

We are seeking a Manual Tester to support the Collections domain, delivering functional quality under Scrum in new builds and reengineering work. You will design and run tests, analyze requirements, and manage defects while partnering with analysts, PO, and developers to meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Define and execute test cases
• Conduct white box testing
• Coordinate with functional analysis teams, PO, Developers, and other technical departments to confirm solutions align with business requirements
• Apply best testing practices and ensure adherence to software quality standards
• Contribute to planning and design of new features by proposing ideas and improvements to system functionality

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in functional testing
• Hands-on experience with PLSQL or SQL, including running database queries and reading stored procedure code
• Solid background in testing large volumes of data
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
• Proven ability to spot and debug complex software issues
• Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and other testers
• Practical expertise in Defect Management, Requirements Analysis and Testing, and SQL Databases
• Deep understanding of Test Design Techniques and Test strategy
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Exposure to stress testing and automated testing
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and Atlassian Jira
• Experience with Test Estimations
