About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth within our B2B SaaS business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, experience managing the full sales cycle, and a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets. This individual will play a key role in developing sales strategies, managing pipelines, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for high-performing sales professionals

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective customers' needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity records within the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
Requirements
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation and achieving ambitious sales goals.
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Commission plan based on revenue attainment and quota achievement.
  • Accelerator commission tiers ranging from 8% to 12% based on performance.
