International logistics company specialized in managing and outsourcing permit and insurance services in the United States is hiring collaborators for a sales position.
This role is designed for candidates with a background in sales, as daily responsibilities involve communication with US clients.
CORE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)
Good computer and digital tools skills.
Proactiveness.
Strong organizational skills.
Communication and sales skills.
Advanced English (mandatory).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Due to the nature of the everyday tasks we need at least:
Computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
Stable and strong internet connection
Quiet environment suitable for calls
High-quality microphone
Smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing work-related apps
WORK SCHEDULE
During Argentina’s summer season:
Monday to Friday
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Argentina time.
During Argentina’s fall, winter and spring season:
Monday to Friday
12:00 PM to 20:00 PM Argentina time.
SALARY
Base salary: USD 250 (monthly)
Sales Commission: 50% of every sale reflected on the invoice (paid at the end of each month)
Base salary Payment frequency: Bi-weekly
COMMISSION EXAMPLE
Every month you are paid a base salary of 250 USD, despite the amount of sales you perform.
Whenever you make a sale, at the end of the month, 50% of the invoice of this sale is going to be paid directly to you. For example:
If you close a sale of our service Tier 2 with a company that owns 20 trucks then your commission is calculated like this: $450 (month retainer) + ($125 (month per truck fee) * 20 (amount of trucks) ) / 2 = $1475 (this is your final commission).
Now, if we calculate your final salary (full month) it would be: 250 USD (base salary) + 1475 USD (commission) = 1725 USD
The bigger the company, the more money you make. The bigger the Tier you are able to sell, the more money you make. So, it is really important to sharpen your skills and get as many clients as possible.
Something important to consider is that this commission is paid only once per client. This means that, if the client continue working with us the next month you are not receiving extra commissions from it.
