Do you dream of a sales role where hitting goals means you play an important role in making the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place?

Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together young Argentinians with American host families- providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a life-changing experience for both. If you are passionate about sales and cultural exchange and excited by the opportunity to have an impact with your work, then keep reading!

Cultural Care Au Pair, associated with EF (Education First), is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Buenos Aires to help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. This role is for someone confident in sales, who takes ownership of their results, and is ready to grow into a leadership role over time. You will report to the Country Product Manager (CPM) and play an important part in driving our program’s growth in Argentina.

If you are commercially strong, genuinely interested in people, and want to develop your career within a global organization, we would like to hear from you.

The Role
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective au pairs in Argentina, supporting them from first inquiry through to departure, with a focus on quality experience at every step. You will manage your own pipeline, meet individual sales targets, and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

You will also take on responsibilities beyond individual sales. This includes supporting less
experienced team members, contributing to local market strategy, and representing Cultural Care with external partners such as schools and universities.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will work with candidates who have already shown interest in the program through phone, face-to-face, and online conversations. The job is to build trust, ask the right questions, and help people make an important decision with confidence.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieve weekly and monthly individual sales targets via phone and face-to-face consultations with au pair candidates.
  • Manage your candidate pipeline from inquiries through to matching, with clear priorities and consistent follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high standard of service throughout the process.
  • Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track pipeline performance across the candidate journey (application, documentation, interviewing, matching) in support of our customer retention efforts.
  • Support and guide newer team members to grow their sales skills and expand their product knowledge to contribute to the overall team performance.
  • Contribute to local marketing thinking, including identifying new channels, partnerships, or opportunities to grow program awareness
  • Work closely with our operations teams in the U.S. to manage feedback and problem-solve, maintaining quality and alignment across the candidate journey

What we’re looking for:

You are

  • Strong in sales, motivated by results, and ready to take on more responsibility.
  • Well organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Autonomous
  • - you know how to work without much supervision and take ownership of your results.
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships over the phone and face-to-face.
  • A team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues, not only focused on individual results
  • Passionate about cultural exchange and making a difference in a dynamic, international environment

We are especially interested in candidates who have shown curiosity about how a business or team works, beyond their own individual role. This position has clear growth potential, and we are committed to developing the right person over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, tourism, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience in an international, fast-paced, service-focused environment, ideally in international education, exchange programs, tourism, or a related field.
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through phone and in-person conversations.
  • Strong skills in building relationships and helping people make important decisions through consultative sales.
  • Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (must-have).
  • Deep knowledge of the Argentinian market and how to reach the right candidates.
  • Comfortable working with data and able to draw useful conclusions from your own pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when events or campaigns require it

What we offer:

  • Performance-based bonuses on top of your base salary
  • A truly international environment, with monthly interaction with colleagues in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, and Latin America.
  • An energetic, collaborative, and fun team. We work hard and celebrate every win together!
  • Professional growth opportunities, including monthly trainings, workshops, and inspiring sessions with global leaders and experts, and career opportunities within EF’s global network.
  • Free access to EF Hello: a premium language learning app
  • The chance to make a real impact with a meaningful product you can be proud to represent! Every application is a life-changing experience for a young Argentinian and an American family

Ready to make an impact? Please submit your CV and cover letter in English to apply.
