Responsabilidades Clave
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing and managing immigration cases. This role involves working closely with attorneys to handle complex case documentation, conduct legal research, and ensure all filings are accurate and timely. Experience in immigration law is strongly preferred, especially in preparing U.S. visa applications and petitions. Responsabilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions Conduct legal research and draft supporting documents and case summaries Prepare and organize supporting evidence for filings Communicate with clients to gather documents and provide case updates Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines Draft legal declarations, affidavits, and USCIS forms for attorney review Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law Solid knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and documentation Strong legal writing and research skills.
