    A typical day at work:

    The Electrolux Group is one of the largest suppliers of household appliances (Electrolux and Gafa) to the Latin American market. With 7,600 employees and a commercial presence in Latin American countries (three plants in Brazil, one plant in Argentina, and one plant in Chile), we have a solid understanding of market needs and interests, allowing us to create innovative and meaningful products, supporting consumers in building the homes they desire.

    Key Responsibilities:

Our Finance teams make this mission possible, offering their expertise in all financial matters at Electrolux. Within the area, the Tax teams ensure that our processes are in compliance with the necessary regulations, supporting the interpretation and compliance of tax legislation and allowing Electrolux to keep all its accounts up to date.

    What you’ll do:

    The Tax Strategy & Transformation specialist will be a key player in the evolution of the tax area, leading strategic initiatives and promoting the continuous transformation of the department. We are looking for an innovative professional, with strong analytical skills, critical thinking and long-term vision, capable of identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges and proposing intelligent solutions to optimize the tax burden and boost fiscal efficiency.

    In detail:

    • Develop and implement innovative tax strategies, aligned with the company's financial planning and market trends.
    • Analyze the company's financial statements and results, interpreting tax impacts and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes and tax trends, ensuring that the company is always prepared for future scenarios.
    • Work in partnership with areas such as FP&A, Accounting and Legal to ensure an integrated approach to tax strategy.
    • Identify and explore opportunities for tax efficiency through technology, digitalization and automation.
    • Participate in strategic projects, such as digital transformation of the tax area and implementation of new tax tools.
    • Develop predictive analyses and simulations of tax impact in different business scenarios.
    • Ensure adherence to the company's standards and guidelines, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities within tax compliance.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Law or related areas. Postgraduate degree or MBA are a plus.
    • Previous experience in tax strategy, tax planning or digital transformation in the Tax area.
    • Solid knowledge of tax legislation, compliance and tax impact on financial statements.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and tax digitalization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, among others).
    • Advanced level of English.

    Where you Will be located:

    You will work in the Buenos Aires sales office, the center of sales, marketing, and product line operations in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. Located near Plaza de Mayo, the office is home to teams focused on delivering extraordinary consumer experiences.
