Plan, build, and manage FB clubs service, delivering a massive activation execution, supporting brand and category objectives.Provide full support to symbols and market in SPOMA services and activations projects. Must be proactive, being able to work in a fast pace environment, manage stakeholders and be able to deal with pressure in daily negotiations per objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Football Clubs strategy in alignment with the Global & LAM SPOMA Football plan to deliver the Football BU KPI´s
- Lead a powerful relationship in all levels with adidas Local Clubs, coordinating the Sports Marketing Operations Specialist moves during the daily basis routine, to secure a high-quality service delivery across the year.
- Lead an open relationship between the three football pillars inside the company: SPOMA x Football BU and Brand Comms to establish clear goals and align expectations which take regard to FB Clubs activations
- Participate in the activation plan strategy and lead the relationship with the club during execution moments
- Support the full Seasonal Uniform approval procedure with FB BU Global and Local, in coordination with the Clubs, securing the Legal process
- Lead and secure the seasonal endorsement plan signoff, in coordination with BU necessities and Club´s calendar to guarantee the on-field execution
- To support the BU over Special Projects products, coordinating all approvals and needs with the Clubs
- Develop controlling, ordering and delivering process to secure VIK efficacy, head to toe, based on the contract directions and club’s necessity, with the focus on the symbol efficiency

- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
- MS Office intermediate· English / Spanish intermediate (focus on written)

- Travel availabilityRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in mkt (SPOMA preference)
- Solid activation background
- Sport lover (Football preference)
