About The Role
Are you a seasoned Fullstack Developer looking to build impactful, client-facing tools in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We’re seeking a passionate professional who can drive end-to-end innovation, writing clean, tested code while thriving in an Agile setting. You will work on modern applications using a Python-based backend, Vue.js frontend, AWS infrastructure, and MongoDB database.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Vue.js and Python.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, background tasks, and business logic with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Manage and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for high-performance data access.
- Host, deploy, and monitor applications on AWS, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for reliable, maintainable code.
- Break down complex requirements into manageable development tasks to support Agile sprint planning.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-impact features.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong team culture.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in fullstack roles.
- Advanced experience with:
- Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)
- Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, and modern frontend tooling
- MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation)
- AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in unit and integration testing (Pytest, Jest, Mocha).
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive solutions end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Frontend: Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Backend: Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django), REST APIs
- Database: MongoDB
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Git, CI/CD
- Tools: JIRA, GitHub/GitLab, Docker
