At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Review and filter job applicants to identify top talent
- Perform candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Conduct screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Prepare detailed interview reports
- Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs
Advanced English (mandatory)
At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Experience required in:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS management
- Previous experience working with US clients (preferred)
