Seeking an experienced architect with expertise in European projects and a strong command of the NBS Code (National Building Specification). The role involves leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with European standards, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project execution in Europe, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Develop architectural specifications and technical documentation using the NBS Code while ensuring compliance with European regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project goals.
• Prepare technical drawings, models, and presentations while staying updated on European building codes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in European-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of European building codes and regulations.
