We are currently looking for Partner Ecosystem Training Cohorts - Project Coordinator to work for a health care project.
What you´ll do
You´ll be in charge to go-to person for all things related to our Partner Ecosystem Training Cohorts program, ensuring its efficient operation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
? Training Enrollment & Management:- Facilitate enrollment for participants in each Sales Skills training cohort, typically 2-3 times weekly.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure all participants are registered correctly.
- Coordinate meetings between internal Sales Skills team members and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for all training inquiries, providing support to participants and facilitators throughout the program.
- Schedule and manage training courses within the learning portal on a quarterly basis.
- Attend each training session and provide support to the facilitator
- Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, including reporting at the end of each quarter.
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports on training metrics, including attendance and participant surveys.
- Maintain accurate and consistent data records, updating them at least once daily.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of training operations
- Utilize our clients suite to create and maintain various training documents in a centralized location.
Necessary skills and experience required:
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or minimum 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or a related role. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. ? Advanced Level of English
