Business Development Analyst

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of the delivery of new products such as digital channels & payment methods
  • You will effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations. This will allow you to make better data-driven decisions, as you will capture detailed statistics on the performance of digital channels, measuring aspects such as demand, capacity and productivity.
  • You will have great exposure and the autonomy to make decisions. Also, you will work together with the IT support product tema , and also Business Intelligence area to generate improvements in processes (end-to-end).
  • You will create new business proposals and assist the area leader.
  • Additionally, you will produce daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports and collaborate across teams to drive data quality.


Role Requirements


  • For this role, you will need to have 2-3 years of previous digital product experience, having been part of 1-2 digital product launches.
  • Experience in FinTech or digital product (desirable).
  • Intermediate English level (not exclusive).
  • You will need product management skills, organization, being detail-oriented and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POWER BI or similar is desirable.
